What's my take on this?
Zubiri will be declared the winner. He will take the post as the Philippines 12th Senator in the elections held last month.

The Supreme Court en banc on Thursday dismissed opposition senatorial candidate Aquilino Pimentel III’s petition seeking a temporary restraining order against the recanvassing of votes in Maguindanao province.
After the canvassing, bye bye to Pimentel. As always, we will read, hear, see, complaints of cheating etc. People will take this as normal - sour losers will always do complain. Or else people will admire him more for being a "sports" guy similar to Gore when he conceded the US Presidency to Bush by a mere few hundred votes.
But will he? I doubt it.

For taking the losing stance with dignity, I admire Defensor and Recto. I did not see any wrinkles and worries in the face of Pichay during his interview with the ANC.
Well.........I hope by July 1, all this will stop. And we can all move on....whatever....
